Age Verification: 11JL actively enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request identity documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings generated.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 11JL. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 11JL reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 11JL account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
11JL operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account's lifetime:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 11JL login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 11JL will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 11JL support immediately.
11JL accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 11JL reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 11JL aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
All transactions on 11JL are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of foreign-currency payment instruments are the sole responsibility of the player.
11JL is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. Deposits may not be withdrawn without being used for genuine gaming activity.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 11JL reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 11JL platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 11JL.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11JL, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 11JL's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 11JL will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice.
